You can log in, select a time for your online appointment from my calendar that allows you to get counseling for stress, anxiety, and self-doubt when you can fit it into your schedule. You can select an online appointment at a convenient time for you: between shuttling kids to activities, during your lunch break, or at a time you know you will be undisturbed during the day.
Online counseling appointments eliminate travel time to and from the therapy office. It also let’s you talk with me from the location where you feel the most comfortable, with less stress. It’s like one-on-one counseling, except it’s from the place you choose: your favorite comfy chair, your car at the local park, office, or the kitchen table at your vacation rental. And, online counseling is very private; no one needs to know what you are doing with your time except you and me.
What equipment do I need?
To participate in Telehealth appointments, you can use your favorite device: desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. You will also need a good, dependable internet connection.
