Creativity. Submersion. Involvement—so deep that you lose yourself to it with joy.

Whether it is through painting a luscious still life (this one is by my friend Claudine), sculpting a fantastically detailed statue of the mad hatter, or writing a hilarious newspaper column. When you’re in it, it is glorious. And the world can see and participate in the results if you choose.

Humans are the only animals that can plan, which is an integral part of the creative process. It is what makes us unique.
